First time tonight ive gone out with the family knowing what im doing! 😀
My daughters wanted to come with me so i thought it would make it easier.......i was wrong. For the first time ever in this programme i got stitch and it hurt like hell. I guessed i was going too fast, probably trying to keep up lol

Well done coming out of the runners closet! Shame about your pacing, still another life lesson banked.... but graduation is just a step or two away now. Well done
I run with my husband and he always ends up way in front , I've learned never to try and keep up with him. He just comes back and gets me. I actually enjoy the peace and quiet running myself.
I don't like to think I am anti social running but I do enjoy the quiet and the silky smooth voice of Micheal in my ear telling me I'm doing great. From about week 4 I found a good pace and I have been ok with it......I know I'm not fast but I am moving faster than my walking pace and I'm ok with that. The speed will come! I guess I just got carried away with the excitement of the girls coming with me lol
