Felt great after W1 and one rest day so jumped into W2 before 2 days of rest. I had the extra reason of getting into sync with a non-work day to start the new running week. While the second half of each 90secs were challenging I pulled up well each time and look forward to increasing strength during the coming week. No joint issues at this stage.

Well done. If we need to miss out 2 rest days between weeks, I think this is definitely the time to do it if you can.

Feels easier that Wk1 R1 doesn't it? :-)

Well done. I juggle my rest days too, often best for me t just have 1 rest. Take care though and monitor how your body is coping- that comment was for me😉 happy running
