Well did another frosty run this morning. Not managing to move from W6 r2 yet but not in any hurry as don’t want to injure myself in the cold

I assume that you are rerunning C25K as I see that you are already a graduate, very sensible decision to keep to run 2 of week 6 until you feel confident on going for that third 25 minute run of week 6

Yes I first completed C25k on a treadmill in the summer but found I couldn’t run outside so thought I’d redo the lot outside. Started on week3 but missed a few weeks with 3 weeks of holiday. It’s going well but I’m struggling to move to the longer runs. Will keep at it although it’s much colder now than when I had this idea but will try to get to the end again.
