Week 2 run 1

Week 2 run one completed outside.

I wonder if anyone can give me some advice. I previously did the C25K on the treadmill and can run for 30 mins albeit at a slow place.

Last week I did my third run on the treadmill and did the full 30 mins.

Is it worth continuing to do the third run on the the treadmill for 30 mins ?

I struggle running outside even for 90 seconds especially with my asthma.

Any advice as what would be best to do. Do the third run outside or continue at the gym and do full 30 mins

Many Thanks 😊

I’m a bit confused with your question. You’ve done W2r1 outside. And can run 30 minutes on the treadmill.

If you want to transition to running outside, I’d persist with W2r2 outside. But I may have misunderstood.

I would do it outside but do Japanese slow running. (check it out on you tube) Excellent for Asthma or for any of us who struggle with breathing when we run. Running outside is very special!!
