Sunny Monday run

Beautiful sunshine in the woods this morning, though still rather squelchy in places so was watching my feet as well as enjoying the scenery! Saw plenty of squirrels and a friendly robin that seemed to be following me for a while. I decided to run up some of the big hill and there were some people walking their very friendly dogs coming down the hill. So I had to keep running rather than cave in and walk the last bit! 😂

Brilliant effort, if had dog and uphill I think I'd have turned and run down.

What a beautiful route to run. Sometimes it's a good thing when we think, oh I need to walk and you bypass people and think no I need to keep running. Have a nice day 😊😊

Yes, I was pleased with myself when I reached the top so it was a blessing in disguise having an audience! Made me laugh because one of them apologised for their dogs spoiling my "peace and quiet" , at which point Michael Johnson started chatting away on my phone. Between the C25K app and my heavy breathing, there was not much peace or quiet to spoil! 😂

Great run and beautiful photo, i’m a bit jealous because it’s rest day but can feel a walk on the beach coming on

Looks lovely, nice one. I had to weave around a bit as there were quite a few people walking with their children - it’s half term here.
