Done it! Completed my W9R3 this week before the torrential rain started- so delighted! I’m a classic coucher- too fat, never run before, age 67 : but it’s achieved- and in about 12 weeks in total. Now to try to get a little further - I’m a slow jogger type- but it’s great!!
