Well, it may look like I’m on a life support system but I’m not quite! I still find parts of it a struggle but look forward to improving with time. Slightly disappointed Michael Johnson’s coaching was the same for the whole of week 9. I’ve never really exercised before so I’m quite pleased that it’s only taken 2 1/2 months to get through the programme, especially with the heatwave we’ve had this year! Great programme and tips on here 😀😀
