Felt great starting the run, first 8 minutes no issues but on the 2nd 8 minutes got an ache in right hip. So decided to slow it right down. Not sure what the ache is but going to give it two days before run 3

Well done on that run, as the runs start to jump up in duration it may be worth you slowing down a little.

Well done slowing down on the second run. Probably best to listen to your body and adjust so that no damage is done. Take it easy on the next one though, it’s not a race 👏👏

Sorry about hip problem. Try some gentle stretches around hip/groin/lower back but STOP if any pain or pulling

Aye going to do some stretches and probably short walk tomorrow. Other than that time should sort it out.
