Mumma's on the run...

First time posting...I go to our local park run every Saturday, started off walking it and then eventually got jealous of everyone running! I brought my fiance along one morning (we also had our 1 yr old in the pram) and our competitive side was released once we saw the other parents with these sporty off-road buggys! Couple weeks later and we are the proud owners of a sport pushchair. It's really helping to motivate me to start exercising after having a baby. Running is a big thing for me because I have always found it to be a chore compared with swimming or gym classes. But now I don't have time for those things!

Great for starting c25k and love the buggy. This is a great plan, take each run as it comes and by week 9 you'll be running 30mins or 5k if your nice and fast.

Thank you! ☺

Hello

Well done for starting, it's great once you get going. I hope you enjoy it.

Did the buggy work OK in the sand? 🤔

Well...sort of! It handled better than a standard buggy but the loose sand was a bit of a challenge. The compact sand was totally fine. I ended up running ahead whilst little one hung back with his dad on the harder bits!
