Hi fellow runners!
I finished C25K last Saturday in the rain and although pleased I had done the programme and full 30mins I felt it was still a way from the big 5K.
Did a couple of 2.5 during the week and felt ok to keep going!
So today I have done twice round my village so an official Vicjo 5K. Time nothing amazing but within the range I’d wanted.
Feeling great and better than last week.

If you’re in week 9 (you know who you are!!!!) - keep going! Graduation is only a few paces away!
