After a few days off with a knot in my calf I tentatively started wk5r1 today and feeling ok i kept saying I would do just a little more - next think I know I have run 5k in 33 mins! I am so chuffed and have no idea where it came from/know the next run will be an anticlimax but at the moment I'm stoked!

Absolutely brilliant Hated2Run , glad your calf is feeling better...you didnβt over think that run at all which is obvs why that 5k came from nowhere...And 33 minutes is fantastic! Well done

Supposed to be on wk 5 but had a forest gump head on and just kept running!

Fantastic time, this is a great way to graduate. Well done you. Sure the next run will be brilliant just choose somewhere nice and enjoy the feeling of running for you and not running for the programme.
