Hi everyone, been following this site since I started the programme but this is my first post!
I'm currently on week 4 but its taken me a while to get to here due to a hamstring injury. I was on week 5 run 1 before I had to take a break
I've recently started again but every time I run week 4 my calves cramp up!!! I always stretch before and after I run so really don't know what I should do to stop this happening.
Starting to get disheartened should be starting week 5 but I just know there's no way I could run 3x 5 minutes without my calves killing.
Any suggestions? Thank you!
