I can’t believe I did it! And still can’t understand how we’re supposed to jump from 2x8 min to 20-min run in W5R3...

Great, you've now completed wk5r2. Don't worry about the next run everything you've done up until now have prepared you for it. Just go slow and slower again if needed. Well done you 😊

There is no jump for W5R3........it is the shortest workout since W3, as you now know.

Well done :) Dont stress about R3, just get out there and give it a go, you might be pleasantly surprised!

days off (I believe it's week six) 10 minute run then a 5 minute break and then a 10 minute run...
