Drying out your trainers

Thought this might be useful for some of you...

Thank you. I came back from parkrun on Saturday and that's a first my trainers have been really mucky as most if it is on trail. When out wilth the dog and visited my mum and as if by magic they where all clean when I got back . My husband had cleaned them 😊😊

That's great advice Rhedeg2019, I have the choice of two parkruns to go to on a Saturday morning, one is about 80% trail and in wet weather can be very muddy, the other is 100% tarmac and has only a few puddles even after heavy rain ☔, however, I will take the advice of your post if I run on the trail run in wet weather.
