Finally managed to run 5k this morning after adding a extra 5 minutes to my run including my warm up and warm down walks . 45 mins in total. I’m not concerned about speed and time my goal is to run for 10 k once a week and 2 30 minute runs a week. Really pleased with my progress at running. Slow and steady wins the race
