Back on to Couch to 5k...again!!! Think I made it to week 5 maybe 2 years ago. So tomorrow I am WK2 run 1. First week was fine, see how this week goes. I take my hat off to all you folk out there who have stuck with it and graduated. If I don't complete it this time I am giving up. I don't want to give up. So I am going to stick it. Congrats to all of you who have. Have a nice evening folks.
Here I go again: Back on to Couch to 5k...again... - Couch to 5K
Here I go again
Great for starting again . What do you think made you stop before is it something on here could help you with. Keep going keep posting ask questions, get all the advice you need we want you to keep going to the finish line. Go slow and slower again if needed and remember to drink lots of water per day and not just on run days at least 2-3 litres per day . Good luck and we'll done 😊😊
You sound very determined, I think you're going to get to graduation this time. We'll all be cheering you on! ☺
This time I know that you will complete C25K, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, take all the runs slowly, drink plenty of water the day before you run and also on the same day, you can do it, good luck. 👍 🏃🏾
Welcome back to the forum and well done on your decision.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Enjoy your journey.
Thanks for that,
Welcome back, good luck this time with your running journey 👣👣👣
Hi rosemel64 don't worry, you'll get back into it. I completed it, did lots of 5ks, then in January this year, after doing the January mental health run challenge I signed up to, I suffered with palpitations. So, following gp advice, I left it til I had results back and all was good, (stress), but I just haven't got back into it and my time seems to go, well, other things take over.
So I wish you luck as I am in the same situation as you, I will start the C25K again too.
We will get there. Good luck lovely xx 👍
Hi rosemel, welcome back! 😄
I have just restarted C25K for the 4th time & will be doing the same run as you tomorrow.
You have chosen to come back to running so it’s obviously calling to you! 😄 Don’t worry about whether you will finish, just enjoy one run at a time & set up a routine. I find it helpful to plan ahead my run time & have all my kit together in one drawer - it’s easy to grab it & go then & reduces faffing!! Post how you are doing & we will cheer you on! 😂
Thanks. Its not so much a worry, its more of being annoyed of not finishing it. Anywa tonight im heading into wks run3. Its been easy so far as I have done this soooo many times and plus I walk roughly 23,000 steps a day, I do believe this helps. See what I am saying on week 5 ha ha. Thank you for commenting. Good luck.
