Wek one complete and also did crueling 12 mile hillwalk so feeling knackered but good. Having two days rest before i start week 2.

Brilliant, you've completed your first week. Just go slow and slower again if needed. Remember to drink plenty water about 2-3 litres per day and not just on run days. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊
