The duration is the time you took to run which was 42 minutes 16.7 seconds, the 2.38 ml is the distance you ran in miles, the 17.45 is the time you took to run a mile, 21 calories you ".burned" in that run, not much considering how many calories there is in a Big Mac,

Not sure about that 5h, 3.4 mph is the speed you ran at, but your quickest speed was 7.miles per hour hour, you ran 4,894

steps, the final number is what they call cadence, that is the number of steps a minute you took which says 116 rps, reps a minute. I think I have explained that correctly, if not, hopefully someone will correct me. 😊

Thank you, i really appreciate the break down. πŸ™‚ I don’t have a clue about all that stuff it’s all over my head!! πŸ˜‚

I started the sports tracker a bit before I started the C25K app off! & it was still going a good few mins after I had finished! I always set it off before the app just so it’s on & running before I get started otherwise it’s too much faffing about with the tracker, the app & the music πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I have been looking at about the equivalent distance I do, I think you probably "burned" 210 calories.

The 5h is how long it thinks until you are fully recovered from the workout. This refers to your glycogen stores and energy levels and not the muscle repair and rebuild which will be a lot longer and in the first year or so of running it is safest to always take a non-running day between your runs.

The calorie burn is wrong for sure... walking a mile burns 100 calories for the average person, running will burn more.

Aww thanks I thought the calorie burn was a bit low...but I just see numbers πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Maybe it’s got your weight in wrong... calorie burn goes down as we get lighter, but 21 would be way under the theoretical minimum weight for an adult!

I agree with everything AlMorr has said but I think the calories is wrong I'm sure it should be a bit more 😊
