Completed my penultimate run of the plan last night. I managed to break the 4km mark, which I’m really pleased with.

I had to change my route as it was coming dark and I run off road, so did end up with a. Downhill stretch to finish, however I’d run in to really strong winds earlier so think they kind of cancel each other out.

One more to go before graduation...
