Most enjoyable run so far. I'm on week 3 run 1. The 3 minute runs enable you to get into a rhythm and of course when you do the 90 seconds it's a doddle in comparison.
I chose Laura as my coach I guess because she just looks like a fellow runner. I've no idea if she is someone famous? I decided I didn't want a comedian for this discipline of guiding me through to running 5k. I like Michael Johnson but get enough of his punditry on BBC.
