Is it possible to feel elated at only having one W9 run left, but also sad that I won’t be listening to Jo Whiley telling me how well I’m doing?

Can’t believe I’ve actually got this far 🏃‍♀️

It is an amazing feeling to reach wk9 but I know what you mean. As you will be continuing to run 30 minutes 3x a week for a few weeks after graduating you can still have Jo in your ear on repeat of wk9r3 if you like . 😊😊

I’m going to wean myself off Jo’s encouraging tones and start listening to podcasts instead. My Cillian Murphy playlists are running out too 😭xx

You can always do what I did - for the consolidation runs (3x30 min runs for 3 weeks), I didn’t feel brave enough to go out into the world on my own so I repeated the week 9 runs taking Laura to keep an eye on me! By the end of that time I was more confident about saying a fond farewell! Congratulations on getting this far!👏👏

Thank you so much. I might switch to Laura for the consolidation runs 🏃‍♀️

My boyfriend graduated a couple of weeks ago but still listens to the W9 runs in the app as he likes the encouragement!

It took me a few weeks to say goodbye to Michael Johnson but it’s ok I had to let him go - he’s had a lot on what with the World Championships @ Doha! 😂 I’m trying out different things - just music, no music, the C25K+ podcasts depending on how I feel. Don’t say goodbye to Jo till you’re ready to. Good luck for graduation 🍀
