This morning seems like such a long time ago! I had to think hard if I really had gone running this morning but I know I did.
As usual, it took a while to get into the swing of things. The first 90 second run had consistently not been fun this week. But once I settle in, it's much better.
This morning, I noticed I something about my stride. After my right foot touches the ground, when it goes back up it can sometimes slightly kick/touch my left calf. It's not very hard impact and doesn't happen in every stride, but I noticed it a few times this morning. Any tips on what to do?
