I did it!! The first 5 mins of running were uphill & were hard but once on the level I got into my stride. It's really set me up for the day :-).

I must confess that run worries the hell out of me!!
It was either get a short sharp uphill done (most of which was the 5 min walk) or do a long slow uphill which would have taken at least 15 mins- aaahh!!!! Hills are just a fact of life where I am & I'm hoping they make me stronger (before they kill me....)
Congratulations on your achievement. . It's a great feeling isn't it? Don't underestimate week 6. Going back to interval running is not as easy as you think it will be!
Lots of 5/3 completers today! I think it creates a huge mental shift once you know you did it.
Well done on finishing 'THAT' run. It's a real buzz when you know you've done it. Try not to get caught out by week 6 - it's a lot tougher than you might think. Good luck and best wishes.
