Bit slippery underfoot in local ancient woodland but I’m grateful as that is probably why it’s still there! Relaxed into the run & improved as session continued. So focused on picking the dryest line forgot that was running longer. Applied breathing techniques learnt at yesterday’s Somatic yoga. Very enjoyable
