Went out for run this morning an wore knee straps... After 4th run I got sharp pain in calf.. had to stop an skip last run...
I'm thinking this is coz I had the knee strap too tight.. is this possible an if so anyone any recommendations to help the pain .. it's left me feeling down as this will mean time off from c25k 😔😔

I suffered the same playing squash a couple of years back. Did my knee in first then wearing a support my calf went. It’s because your knee would not of been giving you the support required putting more strain else where. I suggest as I did rest. Unfortunately it’s learning to be patient. I learned the hard way. Hope you’re up and running again in good time.
