I’ve set my alarm and am going to bite the bullet and do parkrun tomorrow. I’ll stick to the plan w4r3 and enjoy an extra long cool down walk after. I’m actually a bit nervous which is daft, I’ve only ever heard good things about it. I’m hoping it’ll get me back running more regularly 😊 as I’ve become a bit of a slouch lately
