Yes yes yes, I have just done my final run in the fabulous journey, just want to thank everyone on here for the support I have had, never ever thought I would run non stop for 30 minutes, and boy do,s it feel good, been a struggle the last 3 runs been nursing a calf Injury but took a week rest and did my last run tonight, my question is what next? Is there another app to continue? Think Iβd be lost without Michael Johnson talking me thru it. πββοΈ π
Graduated π: Yes yes yes, I have just done my... - Couch to 5K
Graduated π
Fantastic! Congratulations! Enjoy your achievement and your new ability! ππ»ππ₯
Have a look at ideas for what next healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
And maybe consider joining the bridge to 10k forum where you'll find other graduates moving onwards. You'll still see and participate in c25k posts too!
Fantastic!!! Well done you π I was listening to Michael doing the athletics tonight and had to giggle! Enjoy your weekend you deserve it x
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K π. π ππΎ

Congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.
Keep running, keep smiling.
Brilliant πππ You must be over the moon π
Well done what a achievement. You should be very proud of yourself.. I am starting week 9 on Monday.
Brilliant ! Many congratulations Shelly .
Iβm close now so great to hear all those who have graduated . π₯³
For my first few runs I carried on with the app just for reassurance. But now I just run, before I start I have a goal in mind, either time or distance depending on where Iβm running. I keep an eye on the time for my 5 minute warm up, then just plod along. I did try one of the podcasts but it was too fast for me, but I am up to 5k now (including warm up and cool down walks). I would like to get my distance up, my physio says thereβs no harm in interval training for longer distances, which I suppose itβs what C25K does. Enjoy the running.
Well done π₯³ I still listen to Laura for the 1st 30 mins of run and it is now 5 months since graduating C25K. Just got my 10K badge on Thursday however would not have been able to do it without the 30 minutes of encouragement. Keep up your 30 mins runs and congratulations again.
Youβre amazing! Such a good feeling of achievement! I am frustrated as I finished my C25K about 10 days ago then had a bad cold and had to stop. Plan to start again today as I donβt want to lose the momentum! I havenβt decided whether to continue listening to Michael Johnson or whether to go it alone. May try a bit of both. ππ
Congratulations, whatβs next? just run and enjoy, we didnβt really start enjoying running until weβd graduated, have fun running
Congratulations on completing c25k you must be so pleased well done ππππ
Congratulations Shelly - hope youβre planning a suitable celebration. Iβve not let go of MJ yet, 2 months after graduation. Hope he knows how much heβs helped us all. Happy running!
Many congratulations π₯ππππ₯³ - it feels great doesnβt it π - keep going
Congratulations on finishing. ππ and well done. Sounds like you are being bitten by the running bug.
