Good luck to all Parkruners tomorrow, the weather forecast is for rain ☔ later in the day, so the weather at 9/9.30 should be fine for all us parkrunners.
It will be my 7th parkrun tomorrow, enjoy your run.

Good Luck to you too. It will be my 15th in the week Park Run is 15years old!
Yes indeed Chris, I got a email from Vitality saying that Saturday 5th October was parkruns 15th birthday, I wonder if there will be any birthday cake. 😊
Ohhh there should be cake! LOL
My very first parkrun on 13th July at Dunfermline in Fife was their 4th birthday and guess what, there was birthday cake, we all waited until the last person (not me ) finished in way less than a hour, they got a young boy who had completed sub 30 minutes to cut the cake into small pieces, a really good start for my first parkrun.
We have cake but 1st come 1st served. I don’t always bother due to weight loss prog, but Harlow’s 5th Birthday is next month and we got a proper party in the evening!
Enjoy your 7th parkrun Almorr hope it's nice and dry 😊🏃♂️
good luck and enjoy too
I'll be setting off on my 44th Parkrun. Tee-shirt getting closer.....
Good luck and many blessing to Alan , and everyone running at 9am.

Thanks TOF, yes, not long now until you get your 50 T Shirt, it's only my 7th parkrun tomorrow, by the way in Scotland and Ireland parkrun time is 9.30am, they give us 30 more minutes in bed, in New Zealand parkrun time is 8am.
Good luck for your 44th run tomorrow. 😊 🏃🏾
My 3rd park run and my first consolidation run 😊 Good luck!!
Good luck to you Sonia52 on your 3rd parkrun tomorrow morning 😊 🏃🏾
Thanx 😊 It will be tempting to try and run the whole thing this time, but I will try to be good and stick to 30 minutes. 5k would probably be 35-38 and I don’t think my legs would last that long so...
You don't need to stop at 30 minutes at a parkrun, just go round it at your own comfortable pace of 35/39 minutes, if you can get a sub 40 minute 5K at parkrun that would be great. 😊 🏃🏾
Oh cool!! I may try and do my warm up 5 minute walk before the start then rather than incorporating it, and see how I get on. Seems to take me around 39 minutes so far including warm up and cool down walks. The walking takes me to the back but then i start overtaking some people once running.
Exactly Sonia, do what I do at parkruns, have a 5/10 minutes warm up walk, as it's your 3rd parkrun, join the main group for the directors welcome to 50, 100 and any tourist parkruners, then after the 3,2,1 go countdown, run at your own comfortable pace, that way you should get a sub 40 minute 5K time.
Can’t wait! Love parkrun- especially when I’m not adding on! Enjoy everyone 👍🏽
