First of all I want to say a H U G E T H A N K Y O U to all the replies to my post yesterday. I woke up late this morning and could have easily rolled over and listened to the little voice in my head saying "go tomorrow, go tomorrow, you don't have enough time, you'll be late for work" but instead I got up and went for W1R2 after all. I think it was all of you standing at the end of my bed with your arms crossed with that look on your faces that really did make me head out the door this morning. I did have enough time, I did get to work on time and with a small smile on my face. Thanks again for the encouraging remarks and replies. And I will keep you posted going forward.

Ooooh, a posse of C25kers at the foot of the bed with arms crossed- what an image!!!! But...... that encouragement got you out there and you did it. A huge well done - no wonder you are smiling
Ahhh so you have discovered that posting on here transports all those bossy C25k types to the foot of your bed. So, no rest for you now until you graduate.
we can't make you do it, but I hope we can help. Well done and good luck.
I know exactly where you're coming from on that one - if I post on here that I'm going to do a run and then, for whatever reason, I don't, I kinda feel that I am letting everybody down and I know people will ask how did you get on and I won't want to lie, so that gives me the encouragement to get up and do it. You can't beat the feeling after - and the huge smile! Well done you x
