I've woke up with a stinking cold (now I know why I feel like I had a bad run yesterday), but having a think and just want to say you guys all rock, your so so so inspiring to the rest of us, your families, and anyone who wakes up and thinks I just can't be bothered. You are all AMAZEBALLS, you are doing this all by yourselves, for yourselves. I'm so proud of all of us, weather week 1 or a 3 year graduate

I had a rubbish run on Thursday, too little time to slot it in, pressure on myself to go out, tired legs and then laryngitis appeared. But as you say the inspiration on here when your feeling down and weary is fantastic. I cannot run today as having another sick/rest day but I will go to the poppyrun and support hubs. I think the atmosphere will be pushing me to try a run tomorrow!!!
Kidding, I know what you mean. I never thought I'll get this far. Still keeping my 3 runs a week, 3 weeks after graduation. And still reading the posts for extra motivation. Best community ever.
Oh so true. I won't forget the support you all gave me when I lost my confidence the evening before my penultimate run before graduation. I've never come across anything like it. Thank you, thank you!
You're all such lovely people and this forum is one of the best reasons to carry on running three times a week - running makes me feel amazeballs too so that helps!! πββοΈπββοΈ
