So much of this challenge is in the mind. I was so distressed at the thought of no intervals when I started week 7. Even this morning my head was still telling me how hard this would be. And of course it’s so very achievable because the programme makes sure you are ready and our bodies are truly incredible. I’m excited to move on to week 8 now.
