Just finished my 2nd run of the week, I have a way to go yet but I’m feeling good. I’m ready to feel confident in my body again!

Great for completing wk1r2. Just go slow and try to drink 2-3 litres of water per day and not just on run days.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊
