Well just completed my first week yesterday and it’s totally doable. Not really a fan of exercise but I’m giving it a go. Want to go out again tonight is that bad? Should I wait and have a rest day?

Welcome! You've done the 2 hardest things, which are 1) leaving the house to run for the first time, and 2) completing week 1. You'll be surprised how quickly you get stronger now. Rest days are compulsory I'm afraid! Good luck with the rest of the programme, and keep reporting your progress here.

You'll probably here this a lot, rest days are critical no matter how you feel. You risk injury, there's lots of posts from folks who found out the hard way 😂😂
Each week pushes you a little harder with some weeks (week 5 in particular) looking quite scary. Follow the routine, don't do more than the programme says and take the rest days. You will then be ready for each new week as it comes.
