Haven't run for a week because of cough and cold. Very frustrating but I assume it's best not to push myself? My last run was wk2 run1.... Just want to be well again

Once you're feeling better and have more energy you can run again. C25k will be here waiting for you. Good luck 😊

Some people like to struggle on through illness and some of us like to enjoy our running. For me, if I feel below par, I take a break, wait until fully recovered, (which takes longer than recovering for non strenuous purposes) then resume enjoyable running.

You don't lose significant condition in the first two weeks of non running, so if you can defer your running fix, it won't impact your progress.

Hi Bluegirl54 , sorry to hear you're not feeling very well, I know its frustrating when you want to get on with the programme but you are best waiting for a couple of days until you feel a little better...the programme will be waiting for you right outside the door when you're up to it
