So pleased and thrilled and happy I took the small step for others but giant leap for me and jogged for 3 min twice πŸ˜„.

My Eldest boy has done the full Iron Man , marathons, half iron mans etc etc etc .

He is thrilled his old mum has not given in and managed a week 3 jog/ walk ..

Daft but this small success has put a big grin on my face . X

well done Hillchick. It's great your son is supportive too. I have a very active son who does Park Run in under 20 mins. Bless, he waits for me to to plod along to the finish (40 minutes), I keep saying I will make him a packed lunch as he has to wait for so long.

Fantastic! Enjoy each and every success. That's the best thing about the programme, the feel good factor it provides and nurtures! Keep grinning! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜

It definitely is a giant leap. A few weeks ago did you ever think you would be running for 3 minutes each time. Keep running and keep grinning . Well done you 😊
