A small victory....

I know it’s not a lot, but I just ran for 3 minutes without stopping. I’m pretty stoked to be honest. After the bs with my leg I thought I had no chance of continuing. It still hurts but I still ran for 3 mins without stopping!

Thanks for all the wonderful support and uplifting posts.

What a great community 😀

Congratulations to you Maxi80 on running for 3 minutes, that would suggest that you are on week 3 of C25K, there are 3 minute runs in that week.

Woop woop! A victory is a victory! 🙌🏼

Well done on your progress.

I struggled with knee pain last week which really got me down. If needs be just squeeze in another rest day or two which your body should thank you for. Keep it up! 👍🏼
