Apart from that, I can't remember if the podcast has a choice of coaches, I have a feeling it's just Laura.

I personally hated the Podcasts. But itβs the same thing really. The C25K apps with your own soundtrack are much better. But if you donβt mind the music on the Podcasts they will be great for you. I had an App with a Drill Instructor roaring at me, which I loved.π So my opinion on this will be way off.

I switched from the app to podcasts from week 2. Personally I prefer not having to faff around with my own music and just go with the podcast tunes. They are suited to each run and really motivate me. Give them a try and then decide what suits you best π
