Tomorrow I will be on Week3 run 1 πŸ™πŸ½ and was wondering what the difference was on the podcast and app? I’m currently using the app. Need all the motivation I can get ! Thanks

The music!!!!

On the app you can use your own playlists or listen to a book....

The podcast has it's own, somewhat odd soundtrack, which may motivate you😐

Apart from that, I can't remember if the podcast has a choice of coaches, I have a feeling it's just Laura.

Google NHS Couch to 5K. That will bring up the podcasts to download 😊

I personally hated the Podcasts. But it’s the same thing really. The C25K apps with your own soundtrack are much better. But if you don’t mind the music on the Podcasts they will be great for you. I had an App with a Drill Instructor roaring at me, which I loved.πŸ˜€ So my opinion on this will be way off.

I switched from the app to podcasts from week 2. Personally I prefer not having to faff around with my own music and just go with the podcast tunes. They are suited to each run and really motivate me. Give them a try and then decide what suits you best 😊
