Nearly half way...

I completed W4R1 this morning. It was a lovely, cool autumn morning; after heavy downpours & thunder storms yesterday I was relieved to see the weather had calmed overnight.

I didn’t find today’s run easy at all, but I was determined to complete it. The last 5 minute run was a struggle but I didn’t give up and I was absolutely elated to finish it.

This past week has been really difficult, I have been signed off from work because of stress and anxiety; but C25K is giving me something positive to focus my energies on. I am looking forward to the next run, seeing an improvement in my stamina & fitness will give me a boost.

Glad you are able to run to help you through a difficult time I hope it helps. If you feel you are struggling just slow down even more and keep up your hydration. Well done you😊
