Wow i ran for 3mins...

First time since started quads not hurting..

Motivation is defo there as have kept same time early evening..then did a night shift.

Im starting to see its good for me...

One thing being a soft southerner in the north i noticed the temp was lower and my hands were like ice.

That might be down to having a dodgy stomach since the sat run.

Anyone else get upset stomach after doing the runs.

Hey. Well done on your 3min run. I remember feeling top of the world when I done it. Keep that feeling, it really kicked me on. Did you drink any water right before you ran? I found that I got a upset stomach if I did that. I always had zips 5mins before my stretch, stretched for 5mins then went. That 10mins seemed to do the job.

Keep going and well done

👍Well done!! Keep a slow pace & that should keep all aches and pains at bay. Hydrate well in between & doing a few dynamic warm ups before leaving the house warms you up. I live in Northumberland so I know the feeling!

Well done! I couldn't believe it when I did 3 mins either, it feels amazing! And mine was only last week!

I only get a tummy ache if I have eaten within about 3 hour before running or have drunk too much water before I run or while I run, I find that hurts a bit unless it is little sips now and then. I always run on an empty stomach, I read somewhere that this help you maintain health better because that is what we would have done as hunters before supermarkets were invented! I do not know how much trust hthere is to this though and can't remember the source to check it!

I can only imagine what it is like running up north, as I myself am also a soft southerner and stayed in the South! Its too cold up there for me!

Congrats and keep going!
