Oh Yeah get in I did it - tonight I completed Wk3 Run1 and I loved it I cant believe I have run for 3 minutes without stopping or feeling like a failure and that I actually enjoyed it. And is it sad that Im sooo looking forward to my 2nd run thursday night ? My final run of week 3 will be saturday morning and my nephew is coming with me ! He is 6ft tall , skinny , and has done the Great North Run , I hope he realises Im not an olympian and that I take it at my own pace. Ive explained Im following the programme and told him to google it before we go so he knows where Im at and my level of ability. We have decided to go out early at 07.00 and he is on about running round the Spen Valley Route. I love my early morning run on Saturdays the streets are always so peaceful and I love seeing the sun rise.
So glad I found this programme through friends on weight watchers and so glad when I signed up I was directed to this site

No it's not sad you are looking forward to next run. I am now addicted too. Was naughty and never bothered with rest days in first three weeks but I do now. Just finished wk6 run2 today and from now on its all running. Have lost 6lbs in last ten days on low carb diet and this running plan. I realm dropped 17kg since spring but last few weeks of running and low carbs has been amazing. I don't count wine as calories or carbs and still the weight loss continues Keep going. You're on the right track
Well done, yummymummy2012!! it is an amazing feeling to get through a run and enjoy it!! Isn't it wonderful to see how quickly your body develops and progresses? What a great way to start W3!! Keep Running!!
