Just got back from week 3 run 1 and I really enjoyed it. It was hard but I set off with the idea of going slow and then slowed down even more during the run.
I was smiling from ear to ear after finishing the first 3 minute run and then when finishing the last 3 minute run I felt like I had found a rhythm and didn't want to stop
Looking forward to the next one on Thursday.
