So I’ve finally started this journey to get fit after 2 babies and a lot of procrastinating.🙈 The last time I ran was before my first born arrived 3 and a half years ago, so I’m feeling like I’ve just run a 10k and I’ve only managed 2.5k in total 😂

Great for getting started. You've done the hardest part by getting out the door and completing wk1r1. Just go slow and make sure you're drinking plenty water 7days a week not just on run days. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊
