After being very stupid last week, I had two days' rest and completed the first run of week 3 this morning.
I taped six of my toes and although I don't have any blister trouble since the last run, I wasn't taking any chances!
It's nice to be doing the slightly longer runs. 3 minutes may not seem much but it's enough to start to feel the rhythm of running. Which I really enjoy.
Happy running

I've been using these for 4 years now they are brilliant. Was originally put on to them by another forum user here. And they wear really well too,had 1 pair over 2 years now but use them every run.
It's probably time differences! I live in Australia so I'm roughly 15 hours ahead of the US (give it take a few hours, depending on where your address). So if you're up at 2am, that's roughly 5pm my time
(I'm writing this at 2am my time! I can't sleep haha)
