Ugh. Pins and needles in my left foot. It seemed to happen at least once a week. I’ve loosened my laces and changed socks but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. Does anyone else get this? Any suggestions?

Could it be your trainers are too small. My reason for saying this as I've went up a half size as my original size was causing pins and needles. Good luck 😊

It could be. I have always struggled to running shoe size. Good excuse to shop for a new pair. But i’ll try relaxing again first!

Yes I do have the same problem, not in every run and always in the same feet. Losing the laces helped but didn't solve the problem. My shoes are big enough. I suspect it has to do with a different gait in that leg/feet. I hope it solves by itself as I am more comfortable now than at the begining, I think I am doing a more "natural" way of running as I practice more and more.

Pins and needles is often symptomatic of restricted blood flow.

If shoes are too tight because of lacing or sizing not taking into account that most people's feet spread when they run, then circulation is likely to be restricted.
