So that's W7R3 out of the way... 🤸🎉Even though I'm this far in, still forget to slow down. 🐌

I was feeling tired within the first 6 mins or so thinking oh boy. 20 odd mins left how can I do this.... Well then MapMyRun kicked in and told me I just ran a 5'59 km. My usual pace is around 7'01 km!!! 🤷

That's why I was tired early on, silly me! 🤦 Slowed down and made it all the way, final pace 6'47 so was still a bit quicker but definitely more manageable.

New members don't worry, keep it slow! 😁👍

The thing that helps me with this is a treadmill. Although my issue is the other way; without the prodding I think I’d still be on W1R1.
