So Thursday I am due to take my bleep test. Yesterday I should have done WK4D2 but ran the bleep test 3 times (and failed) and ran the treadmill @5.6mph for 5 minutes. The bleep test is currently getting the better of me, though I know I should be able to do it, I too easily stop at level 3.4 ( need to get to 5.4)
So, I think I should hold the WK4D2 until Friday and focus on bleep test but should I stop anything after today to save myself for Thursday?

Put your feet up and relax. Nothing that you can do today to prepare for the bleep test except rest, perhaps have a relaxing bath this evening and get an early night. And the same tomorrow. Make sure that you are hydrated, do a brisk walk each day and stretch afterwards if you are prone to achy legs. And don't let the bleep test get the better of you! Good luck.
