Acclimatising

So I use this word liberally as with cycling and getting a sore butt to begin with and not being able to cycle down the end of my road without feeling queasy and out of breathe I wonder if with running anyone had any tips on this as I have heard running in the sun and extreme heat can be great 👍 for training, and you can acclimatise your body to these things. I am hoping to apply this theory to my weight training too

I think your body will acclimatise to practically anything, the key is patience and careful routines, as with c25k, start small, keep it steady and increase in small increments to give your body time to adjust.
