Thank you all. Honestly i couldnt have done it without you.... the posts on this site have helped me push on even when i thiught about giving up.
Today i went for another run did the 30mins then walked for 10 and ran for an additional 12 minutes. I listened to my body and after the further 12 i knew it was time to cool down.
