Longest time between runs since I started.

Have had sore throat and tight chest but couldn’t wait any longer.

Run seemed fine. The 5 minute sections didn’t feel hard.

I’m beginning to really value my ‘coach’

I’m not sure I would find it so easy without him.(Sanjeev)

Glad you're feeling better and managed to run and yes when doing c25k I really liked the trainer in my ear. Well done you 😊

Sanjeev is awesome! He was my coach too, stick with it and you’ll progress plus keep involved with the forum 👍👏🏃‍♂️
