Getting back into running

I've completed c25k before and done well but haven't run in 18 months.

I was a size 14 when I started running 3 years ago. I joined a running club and did so many parkruns. I managed to run for 5k eventually then pushed myself further. The longest run I'd done was 11k and I was so proud. I'd lost weight and felt really good. I recorded it all on Strava and managed 82k in 1 month at my peak and I really enjoyed it.

Then I became a single mum and it became almost impossible unless I ran with my kids which I did try but it was much more difficult.

Then my daughter became ill and I stopped altogether. I don't even go out to work anymore as I can't. I've worked all my life except for the past year and am stuck in the house most of the time.

I'm now a size 18 and very unfit. I've downloaded the c25k app, and strava, and I intend to fit running in somewhere.
